“Although hills n’ rills set us apart, the moon and wind share our kind heart,” This slogan was seen printed on the boxes of medical supplies donated by the Japanese HSK Exam Centre to China earlier this year, cheering for the unsung heroes at war dealing with the Corona Virus epidemic.
The Association of Graduates from Universities and Colleges of China, Malaysia stands with all affected areas and countries across the globe during this difficult time.
To play our part in aiding the difficult battle faced by medical frontlines in Wuhan, our association organised a donation on 4th of February. Within the short span of a single week, we have been flooded with tremendous support from good Samaritans nationwide, including our advisors, committee members, members, schools, teachers and the general public. We hereby wish to express our heartfelt gratitude and thanks to each and every one of our donors, as this good cause could not be achieved without your help.
Hence, a meetup was arranged on 23rd February (Sunday) with the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China at Noble House, Kuala Lumpur along with Dong Zong and Jiao Zong to transfer the funds.
China to Malaysia Ambassador Bai Tian expressed his thanks towards The Association, Dong Zong and Jiao Zong for providing help the best we can, and promised to reach the frontline medical warriors in Wuhan. He also conveyed his utmost confidence in the current Chinese education scene and applauds the effort and contribution made by the three associations, wishing a fruitful and prosperous future for Chinese education.
The meetup was concluded with a group photograph of leaders, officials and representatives from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Malaysia, The Association of Graduates from Universities and Colleges of China in Malaysia, Dong Zong and Jiao Zong.
